Having a new baby is such an exciting time and can also be overwhelming and scary. I have over 20 years of experience caring for babies, children, and their families in the Greater Seattle area. As a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula, I am trained to educate, empower, and support you through this amazing and often challenging time.

Let me guide you through the process of preparing you, your home and the nursery for baby. We will work together to create a warm and nurturing space that is both safe and efficient. It is my goal to help you to gather everything you need before the big day arrives. 

 

Once baby has arrived I'm here to help!  I am committed to providing you and your baby with evidence based care and support. I am trained in all aspects of newborn/infant care and am able to provide independent care for the baby, in addition to parent education. I support parents with informational, physical, and emotional support. I lovingly provide care for your newborn and educate and support you as you recover.
